What does sustainable and energy efficient really mean for this project?

The IMEA building will be heated and cooled 100% with the use of geothermal heat pump system. 70 wells, 300 feet deep provide the energy required.

The second photo shows the recycling dumpster station. 65% of the way through the project the General Contractor and its sub-contractors have been able to recycle over 75% of the construction generated waste.
