The Fisher Latham Buildings are on the National Register of Historic Places and are 2 of less than a _ dozen Lincoln era buildings remaining in downtown Springfield. The buildings were completely rebuilt and restored. New uses include 3 commercial tenants on the 1st floor, offices on the 2nd floor, and 3 large apartments on the 3rd floor. The building has received several awards for its historic and design excellence.
